Kissimmee Prairie Preserve's single entrance is off CR 724, -- NW 240th Street if coming from the east off Hwy 441, or NW 176th Avenue coming from the south off Hwy 98. (Follow the brown signs.)
From CR 724, turn right (north) onto Peavine Trail and take it for 5 miles (through the Viking subdivision) until you reach the Entrance.
Hours:
8 a.m. until sundown 365 days a year
Admission Fees:
$4.00 per vehicle. Use the honor box to pay fees at the entrance. Correct change is required. Limit 8 people per vehicle. $2.00 for pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.
The campgrounds and office are 5 miles from the front entrance -25 mph - watch out for wildlife in the road!
